Bowled Flavor, LLC was formed in 2022.  Chef Beth creates dishes inspired from her multicultural life, desire for bold flavor and healthier comfort food.  Her secret ingredient is love that she has been pouring into her food since she began cooking for her children over 29 years ago.  Bowled Flavor, LLC provides Meal Prep service, Catering and look for our Food Trailer at events.
